I'm Logani Bangun. I focus on people and product. I care deeply about problems involving people and AI, and I'm obsessed with solutions that create a perfect synergy between the two — not blind efficiency or productivity maximization. I'm a Harvard GSE LDIT grad; before that, politics, HR, and recruitment.
On the product side, I've shipped four live products: Bukti (capability intelligence platform), Probixio (AI learning engine), EvolveEd (teacher PD platform), and a generative UI module for Harvard's Data Fluency Initiative.
On the people side, I build hiring systems, L&D programs, and training delivery. Before Harvard I worked in politics and HR — building stakeholder coalitions, designing hiring processes, running recruitment operations (screening, interviews, skills assessment), and delivering training to 200+ participants across rural communities.

People & Organizational Development Intern
Conducted needs assessments with SMEs to scope training content for the flagship Marketing Development Program. Designed instructional materials, supported L&D operations end-to-end (program launch, digital learning-platform selection, post-training competency evaluation), and assisted recruitment operations — screening, job interviews, and skills assessment.

Sustainability Intern, Independent Smallholders Division
Delivered live, in-person training to 200+ participants across 5+ rural communities through a Women Empowerment and palm-oil-smallholders train-the-trainer program. Created behavior-change instructional content, refined it iteratively from participant feedback, and trained 12+ community leaders to sustain the program independently — field delivery across North Sumatra, Riau, and West Kalimantan.

Founder & CEO
Designed and delivered client onboarding and training (in-person and remote) tailored to each client's workflows, tools, and team readiness. Acted as liaison between clients and technical teams — gathered user feedback throughout onboarding, advocated for client needs, and translated requests into product improvements. Built educational content (walkthroughs, tutorials, documentation) to support client self-service and reduce time-to-proficiency.
